Dr. Leo Ntoumenopoulos earned his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Western Australia. During his final year, he was awarded with prizes in prosthodontics and oral medicine. He worked at PDH for two years, which involved a year spent in mobile dental vans, servicing the central wheat belt travelling between Boulder Kalgoorlie and Bunbury, and applying all facets of dentistry.
In 1980, Dr. Leo started his practice at Amelia Street whilst still doing emergency work at Princess Margaret Hospital, and this is where his passion for treating children first started.
Dr. Leo partnered up with Dr. Terry Pitsikas, Dr. John Ntoumenopoulos and Dr. Alex Leggat around 1984. They opened other practices in Mirrabooka and Carine. In 1999, they joined Dr. Alastair Devlin in Karrinyup and developed the Karrinyup Medical Centre in 2013.
When not at the surgery, Dr. Leo spends his free time with his wife of 40 years named Veronica and their three beautiful children and three amazing grandchildren. They enjoy golf, fishing, gardening, travelling, and cooking feasts in their pizza oven.
He has a passion for all facets of dentistry but enjoys aesthetic dentistry and treating children. He looks forward to the ongoing care of his existing and new patients.
